La EN 301 549 V4.1.1 (2026-09) Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services es una actualización de la EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03) Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services la norma europea que establece los requisitos de accesibilidad de los sitios web, documentos, software, hardware, etc. y a la que hace referencia la legislación europea en materia de accesibilidad.

The significant changes since EN 301 549 (V3.2.1) [i.30] are:
- the requirements related to Real-Time Text (RTT) in clause 6.2 have been significantly revised and extendedto include total conversation;
- the requirements of clauses 9, 10 and 11 have all been updated to align with the WCAG 2.2recommendation [4];
- a new Annex ZA showing the relationship between the present document and the essential requirements ofDirective (EU) 2016/2102 has been added (this is an update of Annex A from the previous version ofEN 301 549 [i.30]);
- a new Annex ZB showing the relationship between the present document and the essential requirements ofDirective (EU) 2019/882 has been added;
- a new clause A.2 has been added that enables conformance of specific ICT products and services with theessential requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 to be evaluated.
